- Your role as the single point of contact: owning relationships, responding fast, quoting accurately, coordinating with the shop, upselling, and tracking deals
- Why we use Odoo as our all-in-one system and how the main apps (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Project, Reporting) connect to make your work faster and error-free
- The four most important daily workflows in Odoo: creating leads and quotations, handling custom upfits, confirming orders to shop jobs, and managing service requests
- Practical best practices, common mistakes to avoid, and key quirks of government buying (co-op contracts, detailed invoices/photos, 30-60 day payments)
